Week 6 finished with another great gym session: bike warm up, mobility drills, then on to the interval weight training. I promoted myself to intermediate and did three sets of exercises with a 2 minute cardio row in between. The exercises I chose were shoulder dislocate, weighted bar deadlift and plank, which I smashed and held for > 1 minute.
Looking forward to a well earned rest day tomorrow, then my MPC challenge day on Thursday ...
