W7 D3

Really not feeling in the mood today and I so nearly didn't go to the gym ... But I did. And I do feel better for it now.

After the warm up it was again 10 to 1 superset reps but this time on squat, push and core. I did the fit ball squat, push up from knees and 30 second plank.  The gym was really busy and people kept stealing my fitball and walking over me while I was planking (how rude!) but I persevered. I even did the last couple of push ups as full rather than from knees.  And I finished all of the planks - the first time I have completed the full set. They were supposed to be for 45 seconds but I only did 30 seconds but at least I did it!

The official finisher was burpees and I did 9 x inchworm hands last time. I promoted myself to advanced and did two sets: 8 + 10.

That should have been the end but at the same stage in W3 I did a 1km timed row so I did the same this time - and I smashed my time at 5:02 minutes vs 6:10 last time.  I then did 20 minutes on the cross-trainer at Level 6 (178 kcal, 0.88km, 345 moves).  A good finish to the day.
