Nearing the end of the official programme now, and another chance to check improvements with the circuit station test. This was one minute on each of seven stations, doing as many reps as possible (whilst maintaining good form!). However, just to make the challenge harder, I did the circuit twice, so built not only on last month's performance but on the session's as well. Here are my results [Week 4 in square brackets for comparison].
Fitball squat: [18] 20 + 22
Push up from knees: [25] 26 + 27
Band pull across chest: [31] 33 + 34
Deadlift with weighted bar: [17] 17 + 19
Shoulder dislocate with weighted bar: [15] 16 + 16

There was no official CV finisher but I did 20 minutes on the cross-trainer (Level 7), working hard to train for my upcoming run: 189 kcal burned, and 0.93km distance. I'll make it to 1km one day!
