Protein Pancakes

I've never been one for cooking breakfasts (usually a bowl of cereal or muesli would do), but I'm enjoying taking the time to have a healthy meal that sets me up for the day.

Today I made Sam's protein pancakes, adding a small scoop of chocolate protein powder to up my protein levels (which have been a bit low lately) and add a little taste. The mixture was a little thick - hence the wobbly edges - but they turned out alright. They tasted delicious and two were definitely enough!
= 365 calories, 20 grams protein, 43 grams carbs, 13 grams fat
