End of Week 3

They say that good things come in 3s. Here are the three achievements for me today:
  • finished and submitted my university assignment (three questions, all really dull); 
  • completed and emailed off a job application for a three month summer job (fingers crossed); 
  • completed W3 D5 MPC workout at the gym.
For my workout, I did three rounds of tabata - the first with exercises (deadlift, shoulder dislocate, push up and plank) and the final two with cardio - bike and row respectively. I'm now feeling tired but satisfied, and looking forward to Week 4.
